Dreamers & Believers Inc. is proud to announce its 3rd Annual Special Needs Holiday Gala, an elegant evening dedicated to uplifting and empowering adults with special needs. The gala will take place on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Chester Washington Ballroom in Los Angeles, CA.
This year’s theme, “A Gatsby Holiday Affair — Growing Forward. Expanding Impact. Empowering Futures.”, brings a sophisticated Roaring 1920s flair to the celebration while highlighting a year of meaningful growth, expanded community service, and increased support for adults with developmental disabilities.
As the organization’s flagship event, the gala brings together community leaders, advocates, families, partners, and supporters united by a shared commitment to inclusion and opportunity for the special needs community.

Founded in 2017, Dreamers & Believers Inc. was built on the belief that meaningful investment in people and resources creates limitless possibilities. Since its inception, the organization has supported adults with special needs through employment services, community integration, independent living skill development, and essential support programs. In 2025, Dreamers & Believers expanded its services through new partnerships, increased client enrollment, enhanced food access initiatives, and improved transportation resources.
The third annual gala will feature client performances, a seated dinner, a keynote address, live entertainment, and an award presentation honoring leaders and organizations making a lasting impact within the special needs community.
