On Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 2 to 4 p.m., the Chasen Dreams Foundation will host its annual Chase N Turkey Food Giveaway at 3016 W Slauson Ave. This event will distribute food kit boxes filled with holiday essentials to families in need, fostering community support and combating food insecurity.
The Chasen Dreams Foundation empowers underserved communities through housing assistance, career development, mental health support, and life skills education. This year’s giveaway is made possible by partnerships with ChaseCakes and Catering, Chase ‘N Paper Tax Services, and as well as sponsorships from Bracken’s Kitchen, Hustlin for Christ Ministries, St. Marks United Methodist Church, Liani Glover, The Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s,
Success Construction Corp, The Butterfly Effect, The Original Taco Pete, Jason Jenkins, Smart & Final, Costco, 7-Eleven, The Home Depot and Target.
Volunteers from LA Fire House 66, and local businesses and organizations will assist in distributing meals, ensuring smooth operations. This effort will provide hundreds of families with nutritious food, inspiring hope and holiday cheer.
