There are many creative opportunities for adults, however it is important to introduce young children to creative environments. The Elyze Clifford Interpretive Center, Prime Desert Woodland Preserve hosts a Young Artist Workshop every third Wednesday. The workshop will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. The address for this event is 43201 35th St W in Lancaster.
The workshops are free and creative activities for children ages 3 years and up. All children need to be accompanied by an adult. The activities can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. The seating and supplies are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All artwork will be completed with help from an instructor.
