With summer coming to an end, many of us are looking for a fun way to bring the season to a close. Look no further because the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce is presenting the Tehachapi Mountain Festival beginning at 10 a.m. Aug. 17. The festival will take place at Philip Marx Central Park.
The festival, in its 61st year, is free and open to the public. The event will feature t-shirts and artwork thanks to Jessica Jones, the winner of the art contest for this year’s theme. There will be music, a large beer garden, a bounce house, kid zones, and a wide selection of food with over 100 vendors available.
