Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson (8th District), non-profit It’s Bigger Than Us (IBTU) and Baldwin Hills Crenshaw (BHC), will host the Annual Winter Wonderland at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Shopping Center, with a 15,000+ toy giveaway on Saturday, Dec.10 from noon to 4 p.m.

“We are also excited to work with our grassroots leaders and organizations, who have been fundamental in past community activations. We are ready to show the holiday spirit that South Central Los Angeles has,” he added.

“Events like Winter Wonderland crystallize my deep appreciation for the people and families that make up South LA,” Harris-Dawson added. “The festive music, decorations, and overall atmosphere reflect the diversity of our district. I am grateful for this collaboration that ensures Eighth District families, neighbors, and friends can come together and create memories at safe, fun events in our community.”
