Today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., PVJOBS will be hosting the Future Entrepreneurs Conference with the LAUSD and Inner-City Foundation. High school juniors and seniors will learn about financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills before they graduate into the “real world.”

This Conference will feature five high-profile media personalities representing various industries to speak to them about successful traits in finance and business.

Ronne Brown is a  branding expert, professional speaker, and author of her book “From Mopping Floors to Making Millions on Instagram: 5 Steps to Building an Online Brand.” Lemeir Mitchell, the  CEO of Happy Ice, and David Shands, the creator of the Real Social Proof podcast, are also among the five guests speaking.

“We at PVJOBS envisioned organizing a high-level event with powerhouse guest speakers to help empower our youth by educating them about the importance of finance and business skills,” said Mary Taylor, executive director. “So we brought together five successful entrepreneurs from DC, Atlanta, and right here in L.A. to take the stage to share stories about their road to entrepreneurship and financial literacy.”

The conference will be held at The CenterPointe Club, 6200 Playa Vista Dr., Playa Vista. For more information
