A 32-year-old man who was shot to death inside a home in Palmdale has been identified.
According to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, Dante Pickens-Horton was the shooting victim. His city of residency was not immediately known.
Deputies from the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station responded at 11:48 p.m. May 27 to the 37000 block of Cedrela Avenue, where they found Pickens-Horton suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, said Deputy Brenda Serna of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Pickens-Horton was pronounced dead at the scene.
Serna said it is unknown whether the shooting was gang-related.
