On May 1, Inspired Garden Artistry will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their bi-annual Spring Garden Tour and Vendor Fair. Residents of View Park, Windsor Hills, View Heights, and Ladera Heights will open their home gardens for community tours.
Tours will run from noon to 5 p.m., and a vendor fair will be held at Ladera Park, 6027 Ladera Park Ave., from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Attendees this year will explore nine home gardens which include: A sports themed yard with a basketball and tennis court and a pool; A drought-tolerant Hacienda courtyard inspired by California missions; a Mediterranean-inspired garden retreat; an entertainer’s paradise with a tree-house bar; a park-like rolling lawn with sweeping Southwest vistas; and more.
Tickets can be purchased at http://www.inspiredgardenartistry.com/ until May 1 for $35. Children 12 and under get free admission. A portion of the funds will also go to non-profit community organizations focused on youth, health, and wellness.
