The Palmdale Recreation and Culture Department will host special activities during the upcoming spring break for local schools at both Marie Kerr Park, 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd., and Domenic Massari Park, 37716 55th St. East.
The special activities will be held at Domenic Massari Park from March 19-23 from 10 a.m to 3 p.m., and at Marie Kerr Park during that period, also from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The activities will include scavenger hunts and field games such as giant soccer, baseball and relay races all set up and available for use. In addition, there will be a special “Tots Hour,” dedicated to ages 2 to 5 years on March 20 and again on March 22 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at both parks. The free hand-on activities for children will allow them to explore their world through a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences.
