Sound Machine & Selena

The city of Palmdale is gearing up for an exciting evening at the Palmdale Amphitheater. The venue is scheduled to host an L.A. Sound Machine & “Selena the Show” evening this upcoming weekend. The event will take place on Aug. 24 at 8 p.m. The Palmdale Amphitheater is located at 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd. in Palmdale.
The L.A. Sound Machine is the premier Gloria Estefan tribute band. The band performs some of her biggest hits from her Miami Sound Machine era and her Grammy award winning solo work. Their set list includes songs like, “Rhythm is Gonna Get You”, “Wepa”, “Mi Tierra” and “Conga”. “Selena the Show” is a tribute to Selena Quintanilla. Karla Perez has garnered a positive reputation in both Mexico and the United States for her talent in portraying the late Tejano music star.
