Realignment of some bus routes
Starting Sunday, Dec. 19, Metro is rolling out service changes in order to bring riders a better bus experience. Routes are being realigned for easier access to key destinations and more reliable service, part of implementing the NextGen Bus Plan. Some bus stops will also be consolidated to improve bus travel times, while maintaining access to alternative stops.
Changes are designed to serve riders with improved bus frequencies and a redesigned system. It also provides more service as the people of LA return to ride transit. As part of this round of changes, Metro is also expanding Metro Micro service.
A web page; https://mybus.metro.net/all-changes.html?lang= summarizes all bus service changes is also available for download. Users of Metro’s official smartphone app, the Transit app, will see changes appear well before December 19.
