Lancaster host weekly markets

This Thursday, The City of Lancaster offers a weekly Farmers Market on The BLVD in partnership with Raw Inspiration, a non-profit operator for California Certified Farmers Markets. The BLVD market hosts 15-20 amazing vendors! Every Thursday until October. The farmers market offers fresh fruits and vegetables from locals who take pride in serving residents with the freshest foods.
Raw Inspiration is a non-profit 501(c) organization dedicated to donating and establishing organic gardens in schools through its program Gardens Into Schools to teach children the value and importance of organic gardening and a nutritious and healthy diet.
Raw Inspiration’s mission is to educate children and adults on the importance of a healthy diet, emphasizing eating fresh fruits and vegetables daily. To accompany that mission, they have set up a program where growers can distribute their produce at neighborhood farmer’s markets. Many of the schools in their program are in areas close to the markets where there is a real need to grow fresh fruits, and vegetables and create a distribution system to help schools and growers choose to market their produce.
