Sheriff’s detectives this week sought the public’s help in locating a 56-year-old man from the Lancaster area who was last heard from in July.
Gary Tyrone Davis was last contacted on July 10 on the telephone, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
“Mr. Davis is a resident of Lancaster, although he does live a transient lifestyle,” according to Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Davis is Black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. He also has a scar on his forehead and one on his left elbow.
Anyone with information regarding Davis’ whereabouts was urged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Bureau, Missing Persons Unit, at (323) 890-5500.
