Santa Clarita Transit tonight and tomorrow evening from 6 to 9 p.m. will offer a special “Holiday Lights Tour” of some of the most fanciful Christmas decorations in town. Tickets on the Hometown Trolley or one of the Dial-A-Ride vehicles are $3, available on a first-come, first-served basis, or may be obtained for free with a donation of canned food or other essential items for the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry.

Two tours will be featured. Tonight’s route will stop by decorated homes in the Saugus and Valencia communities, with tomorrow’s trip visiting neighborhoods in Newhall and Stevenson Ranch. Tours will begin at the McBean Regional Transit Center at the corner of McBean Parkway and Valencia Boulevard.

Persons interested in donating canned food or other pantry items should visit SantaClaritaTransit.com for suggestions. Last year, residents donated more than 225 pounds of food each night.
