Popular comedian Paul Rodriguez will appear at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center.
Rodriguez combines a perfect blend of Latin heritage, American traditions, and universal appeal and has been a staple in comedy clubs, on television and in motion pictures for three decades. His multi-faceted career includes starring roles and featured appearances in more than 45 films as well as countless television and comedy specials. Rodriguez is also known for his charity work—particularly on during the holiday season at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood—as his comedy specials tend to cover serious issues of concern to the Latino community.
Rodriguez’ routines often relate to the fascinating journey of his own life, beginning with his childhood in Mexico and his family’s eventual move to Compton. He takes the audience through the significant relationships and moments that have shaped his career, all done with his distinctive style of humor which ranks him among Comedy Central’s top performers.
