The Ultimate Transformation way


This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is about the Ultimate Transformation Way, which is outlined in my new book, “21 Days to Ultimate Health and Wellness.” This is the process I designed to help people navigate the path to true health and wellness.

When you think of true health and wellness, you have to include the complete self–mental, spiritual and physical. We must place equal emphasis in all three areas as much as possible in order to truly experience the ideal that we have, when we think of health and wellness.

Mentally, you have to make sure you’re making the right choices that put you in alignment with the person you want to become healthwise, mentally and spiritually.

Spiritually, you must have the belief that once you’ve made the choices in regard to your mental, spiritual and physical health that they’re going to do the work that will lead you toward the higher self you seek.

Finally, we tend to focus on the physical aspect of health and wellness. This is the area we place a lot of emphasis on, because it’s the vessel we see and present to the world.

The complete picture of health is represented through the acknowledgment of our mental decision to health, in conjunction with our spiritual belief that we can change as well as with the physical strength and stamina that allows us to realize our true potential.

When equal emphasis is placed on all three areas on a day-to-day basis, we’re talking about changing our lives on a very fundamental level, and from a very personal place. When you change yourself, your individual self, you now have the potential to become and do whatever you desire.

The simple theme of Ultimate Transformation is about falling in love with the highest image of yourself. This is our motto. To find the best image of yourself, do the work required to be fully present and fulfilled as this person you desire to become, and reach the highest level of your aspirations.

The Ultimate Transformation process is about those three components that make up your complete self and to help you find what you really want, what you really believe and a way of executing it through proper health and nutrition.

Remember, as we change ourselves for the better, we change our families, and our healthy families can change our communities. The more we have healthy communities, the better the world will become, and it all begins from that individual place inside of you.
