Convalesce

Let that thing that beats inside your chest
Take a rest
Relationships from the past put you under a lot of stress
So convalesce
Let me take your bags
While you undress
I got that bubble bath water running
So you can convalesce
And no this ain’t a quest
Or me playing chess
I just want to look out for you
And do what’s best
Cuz in love, you make it so easy to be
Good fruit can only come from a good tree
You are the fruit of beauty
So be my guest
And convalesce
