An Ultimate Transformation Moment

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment speaks to our clear power to define our individual selves. Most of us have heard the statement, “as a man or woman thinketh, so is he or she.”  We need to really, really become introspective about our individual selves. We need to see where we affect our family; see how we affect our communities and our world through our own personal behavior. We do that by clearly defining where we want to be and how we want to get there.

Today, we live in a world where there are so many outside influences. We look at the characters created on television. We talk about sports.

Professional sports is no longer simply professional sports. It is another form of reality television, because there are so many pieces that come into play in the product we see. It’s not always the two teams out there competing. There are so many things behind the scenes that affect play, such as a television show, a commercial, or a clip on the news. We get influenced by those things.

We have to understand that there is a definite plan behind presenting that material to us. How we can prevent that plan from affecting us is by controlling how we see ourselves. I see my friends, and family as being incredibly powerful people with the power to influence their surroundings by their own thoughts and behaviors.

So, this week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is about us individually sitting down and going inside ourselves to learn to make decisions based upon our personal desires. That means consciously choosing what we want, how we are going to get it, and how we are going to focus our efforts to make that happen. It means executing that plan by any means necessary. We must realize that we have the fire and desire to do what we need to do everyday to make ourselves and our communities better.

Something so simple as information can affect how you act in a given situation. So, the information we take in, shapes who we are and what we do. We must be mindful of what we take in, because eventually it will shape us.

I would like us to become more educated. The word educate comes from a Latin word (educare) that means to bring up or bring out. So, we must seek information that is in tune with who we are and speaks to our unlimited potential. The information that does not do this must be disregarded.

The greatness that lives in each and every one of us is waiting for our own recognition.

Go inside and get it, bring it out and greatness will demonstrate itself.

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment. Peace and be more.
