An Ultimate Transformation Moment

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is about motivation.

You may have heard the joke about the millionaire who hosts a pool party for employees. In the pool is a gang of deadly fish–sharks, piranhas and stingrays.

The host tells his guests, that if anyone is brave enough to dive into the pool and swim from one end to the other, he will give them any of his possessions that they desire.

He finishes his speech and, hears a loud splash. A guy swims across the pool as fast as he can, and jumps out on the other end. The millionaire exclaims, “Oh my! I am a man of my word, what is it that you want? Would you like a position as president, millions of dollars, a Ferrari?”

The man, dripping wet and panting heavily replies, “I don’t care about your money, but I do want to know the name of the person that pushed me into that pool.”

So, my question to you today is, what will be your push? What will motivate you to take your health and wellness seriously? Will it take a negative occurrence such as sickness or disease? Will it be a positive push, fueled by the desire to improve your state of well-being and happiness?

I believe that the simple desire to wake up every day and understand that God has a very special and individual plan just for you is the best motivation of all.

You have the opportunity to make a change in your life, but you have to motivate yourself to move and take action. So, let’s make this the moment that you become self-motivated to become a healthy individual. Decide to take care of yourself, your community and stand up for what you believe in.

Be pushed by the simple fact that your potential is unlimited, and God is with you and that you can be and do whatever you choose in this moment. What you can do, and what you can be is absolutely phenomenal. What’s your motivation?

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment. Peace and be more.
