An Ultimate Transformation Moment

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment places our focus on the moment. At any given time during the day, all we have is simply a moment. Right now, we have only this moment in time.
We tend to find ourselves focusing on future events like the coming holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas, or the end of the year. Other times, we find ourselves focusing on the past, or events that we cannot change.

While we cannot change the past, this current moment will become a thing of the past. With this knowledge, we can use the present moment to create a future that is bright. Take this moment to expect greatness, prosperity, wellness and all that is wonderful in life. Create these positive thoughts in this present moment in time, and believe in them, instead of letting outside forces dictate our actions.

For example, on Nov. 2, we had a moment in time to do something, to go out and vote for the people who we believe will represent us. Going into the holidays, we have the tendency to think, “Well, you know, after the holidays, I’ll start getting on my plan to get back on track with my health.”

No. We have this moment in time to start making changes in health that will begin to make us feel better immediately. We need to go ahead and start moving and acting, in this moment right now, to start building the habits that create the positive energy that will create a bright and prosperous future.

Let’s not look at approaching the end of the year. Listen to the words, “It’s the end of the year.” Note that an annual, monthly, or weekly cycle is a cycle that has been created outside of yourself. These are world cycles. Well, in the spiritual realm, in the realm in which we exist, we have this moment now. Right now is the time, to be a better person, to make better choices, and to believe in better ideas.

Take this present moment to acknowledge the fact that we possess the power to choose to be who we want to be; to act in the way we want to act; to think and say the thoughts that we truly believe; and believe that when we make choices in this moment, they will produce the outcome we desire.

Family, let’s take advantage of this opportunity to make a change, to make a difference in our future, by making a positive choice in this moment. A choice that will positively affect our individual personal lives.

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment. Peace and be more.
