GLAAACC celebrates 15th awards dinner
Building economic and political coalitions emphasized
The Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) will celebrate their 15th Annual Economic Awards Dinner, March 20, 2008, at the Sheraton Hotel�s California Ballroom in downtown Los Angeles
This year�s dinner theme is �Building Economic and Political Coalitions,� emphasizing the importance of business and political relationships to boost the economy.
Honorees will include Representative Laura Richardson, 37th Congressional District; Commissioner Timothy A. Simon, California Public Utilities Commission; Judy Chu, vice chair, State Board of Equalization; and Victor MacFarlane, managing principal, MacFarlane Partners.
Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. will serve as the 2008 Dinner Chair. The evening�s Mistress of Ceremonies will be Nischelle Turner of KTTV Fox 11�s News Team.
