i think this new law is crap... it essentially is just a sneaky way to make racial [profiling allowed. anyone who looks like they might be an immigrant can get pulled over and asked for papers!? thats ridiculous!!! technically you could target every non english speaking person you encounter though i doubt they are going to be asking arabs or asians for their papers.. this is strictly to attack the latino community.
