I am sorry for not knowing, but can someone explain the basic tenets of the proposed healthcare reform? I hear the complaints, I hear the political spin - but what would the changes be if this bill passes.
 
If this is too complicatged to summarize, feel free to post a link so I can go read - but seriously, I don't want it interpreted for me, I want it summarized for me. I can make up my own mind (if I can ever reach clarity on the issues at hand)
