Nonprofit Grid Alternatives and the city of Palmdale have partnered to bring solar power to families in need with the help of students from the University of Antelope Valley and a SunPower employee team.

The partnership completed two solar electric installations recently for Palmdale residents Benjamin and Cynthia Leh, and Marsha Furman.
