April’s Poppy Seed Festival (sand sculpture image above) kicked off the summer season of fun, fun, fun. Coming up in July is a month of good old fashioned American festivities, starting off with the 4th of July fireworks show at the A.V. Fairgrounds, then the Showdown Rodeo on July 9 and 10. Drytown is dishing out some summer relief with new slides and events happening just about every weekend. Check out the OW Calendar for more information about upcoming events in the AV.
